Cretaceous Stephanodus lybicus Tooth

Stephanodus libycus. This is an extremely rare fossil. It is a molariform tooth measuring 14 mm in length and 21 mm in height with root. Their teeth look superficially like those of mammals! It has wonderful detail and a superb coloured shiney enamel crown. A fine specimen for study/display. The scale is shown in (cm).
